I’m a total sucker for a bit of leopard print, much to my mother’s amusement. Or is it disgust… sometimes it’s hard to tell.
Batiste have introduced a new scent to their legendary lineup… we all know that some of the Batiste ‘fragrances’ pong more than others *cough* Blush *cough* but I’m intrigued to try this new one described as: A feminine and daring Oriental aroma with top notes of cocoa, a floral heart and sensual vanilla, musk and wood base notes.
Batiste has become a bit of a staple in my haircare routine since the beginning of the Summer. I seem to have developed a sorry case of the greasies (thanks hormones) and this stuff stops me from having to wash my hair every morning. Does that make me a bit of a grot? Whatever, bet you do it too. Do you have a favourite Batiste scent?

Oh how I love thee Batiste. I have very fine hair and recently it’s been looking really lank. I wash my hair every other day, but this would not be possible without my wonderful Batiste. I’m wondering if hormones are to blame for my recent extra greasy hair… I do have some nasty lumps on my chin too and I know they say spotty chins = hormones. Why now, when I’m 28!?!?

Ooee, I wish they had this when I picked 2 bottles up on Monday (Original for the man of the house and Boho for me). It looks and sounds lovely. Boho is my fave scent of Batiste’s and I am the Bet Lynch of Sussex. I love me a bit of leopard print I even have a tattoo with some leopard print in it 😉

Oooooh sounds amazing! I must pick one up.. even though I have approximately 8 cans of back up Batiste in my closet already. Ah well, one can never have too many!
A sentiment I completely agree with, I have about 3 three-quarter empty ones kicking about my room!
I am also a Batiste fan. I even lashed out on the dark brown variant.
As a fellow PCOS sufferer, I have the joy of androgenic hairloss (yeah, along with all the other crappy things PCOS can do to your body, it can make you go bald). In order to grow and keep hair on my head, I use Regaine/Minoxidil on my scalp morning and night and one thing it does is make your hair look a tad greasy. Since, like you, I don’t want to go through the faff of washing my hair every day, Batiste is now my friend.
And yes, LEOPARDSKIN!!!! Woooo!!!! The fragrance sounds nice, too. 🙂
Seriously, could this ‘syndrome’ be any more fucked up/perverse. Hair on body? “SHITLOADS!” Hair on head? “YEAHHH, Let’s get rid of that.”
Mine is thin, thin, thin and drops out constantly – no patches ‘yet’ though. Honestly, I think I can cope with almost any of the shitty symptoms but I’m not sure I could do bald patches very well at all.
I’ve got this and I absolutely love the smell and the packaging…this might be my new favourite Batiste 🙂
The first time i bought Batiste, I bought the ‘Tropical’ one, after using it my hair smelled like I’d poured half a bottle of Malibu on it!
Ooh I’ve only used original, must look out for this! I am a fellow grease-monkey in the scalp stakes I’m afraid, and I do find this stuff works really well. People have suggested using talc before, but I find that’s awful, just makes my hair grey and mega static!
