I need to know if it is in my local HOF, which I think does stock the brand?
checking for you now Janie x
Hi Janie, number is working fine – check you’ve dialled right and if you still can’t get through let me know your nearest store and I can check for you x
SEE, this is why I love the blogosphere! There’s no other way I would have known that I can swap my shabby Pantene bottles for these beauties. Yay! Thank you 🙂
xxx
you’re welcome! x
The number goes through to Ojon but then after a minute they transfer you to a number which says it has cleared?
Nearest store is HOF King William Street xxx
right, I’m gonna phone the line on Monday and then email them again see what’s going on x
I just rang up and asked the lady, gave her my postcode, and she said the nearest participating store is all the way up in Sheffield! I’m literally on the south coast!
Guess there can’t be that many stores participating? Or did something go wrong? Oh dear ):
Oh blimey, I’m just assuming JL in Southampton is taking part (they did last year) but seeing as a few of you are having problems, I’ll phone them on Monday and then email the PR lady again to see what’s happening. x
Update: I’ve just phoned the number and spoke to someone who shamed me with their knowledge of the phonetic alphabet (me: errr “p for… panda!”). She said my nearest was John Lewis, Southampton – which is what I expected it to be, so I can’t say I’ve had any problems with the number, sorry ladies – maybe try again?
Thanks Charlotte, I called again and they admitted they had been having problems with the phone lines!
I have a store 5 mins walk from my office, but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 10am so will go there at 1pm when on lunch and hope noone else knows about the offer!
xx
Complete farce! HoF in Glasgow city centre had 60 sets and John Lewis had 80 neither store have any left at 10am! Had no problems getting it last year.
